PLEASE NOTE

  • Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order shows delivered but hasn’t been received, please inform us within 24 hours. After this window, we’re unable to raise the issue with our courier partners.
  • White Chaos reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our stated conditions.
  • While we’re not responsible for courier-related delays, we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you at the earliest.
  • Return and exchange couriers must be arranged by the customer at their own cost.
  • In case of a damaged item, please email us immediately with clear photos of the defect, the outer courier pouch and the original packaging.

CLEARANCE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • All purchases made during the Clearance Sale are final sale. Products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
  • Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • COD will not be available for Clearance Sale items. Payments can be made via prepaid methods only.

SIZE EXCHANGE

  • For a size exchange, please email whitechaos.shop@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9821199565 within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and exchange details.
  • Once we receive the returned piece, our team will confirm and dispatch the exchanged size.
  • The exchanged product will be shipped back free of charge once. Any additional exchanges will incur a ₹100 shipping fee.

RETURNS

  • We only accept returns in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will arrange for the product to be collected.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there’s an issue.
  • Share clear photos of the defect, outer courier pouch, and original packaging (including the protective sleeve).
  • If the issue is verified, we will arrange for a pickup.
  • Faulty items can only be replaced with the same product.

CUSTOMISATIONS

  • We offer size customisations based on measurements provided by you.
  • Style customisations available:
  1. Shirts: sleeve length, shirt length
  2. Vests: sleeve addition, vest length
  3. Dresses: sleeve addition/removal, dress length, belt & belt loop addition
  4. Pants: hem width, pant length
  • Customisations are not available for outerwear and accessories.
  • As customised pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be repurposed, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these orders. Please ensure measurements are accurate.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Express shipping is available at an additional charge of ₹250.
  • Express shipping is available only for prepaid orders and deliveries typically take 2–3 working days.
