Shipping Policy – White Chaos

Order & Delivery Updates
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation and delivery details via email or phone. Tracking details will be shared separately by our logistics team once your order is dispatched.

Dispatch Timelines
Shirts, pants, and dresses: Dispatched within 3–5 working days after the order is received.
Coats: Dispatched within 7–10 working days after the order is received.
All items are shipped through standard shipping.

Delays in Shipping  
If there is an expected delay, we will inform you promptly with updated timelines and shipment details.

Incorrect Shipping Address 
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and causes a failed delivery, the order will be considered complete and *no refund will be issued. We will attempt redelivery after confirming the address—*additional shipping charges will apply for this second attempt.

Payments
We accept payments via:
- Credit/Debit Cards  
- UPI  
- Bank Transfers  
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional COD fee

Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, we send an order confirmation message on WhatsApp and also make a confirmation call. If there is no response after three attempts, the order will be cancelled from our end.

Address Modifications
Need to change your shipping address?  
You can contact our support team within 3 days of placing your order, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. Unfortunately, once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
